Gd evng, i'm pregnant with monochorionic twins 20 weeks+2 days,last year i got the flu 3X last year with high fever, is it safe to get the vaccine?

Not only it is safe to take the flue vaccine but it is recommended by the american college of Obstetricians. Your immunity will decrease during pregnancy and you will be more strongly affected by the flu. IN addition the vaccin will provide some imminuity to your unborn child.
