From three days I had a sudden strong headache, and after about an hour I've noticed a blood spot in the white part of my left eye (as if a blood vessel burst in the sclera). i still feel blurry

Important elements to think of:
1- Have you have any recent nose bleed that was difficult to control?
2- Headache: is it recurrent or has been present on an almost daily basis for some time now?
3- Do you have a positive family history for hypertension (high blood pressure), kidney disease, or heart disease at an early age?
4- Any associated palpitations (fast heart beats that you can feel all the time in your chest) or shortness of breath or chest tightness/pain (suggest heart problems), body swelling especially in the legs or decreased urine (suggests kidney problems)?
5- Any unexplained weight loss, nervousness, tremors (shaky hands), night sweats (suggest problems in the adrenal gland which may be overproducing adrenaline)?

A broken blood vessel in the eye is correctly known as a sub-conjunctival haemorrhage, normally the first thing you will notice is an unsightly red patch over part or all of the white of your eye .
the reason behind this may be a condition causing the two symptoims at the same time and it must be investigated directly by a doctor OR
the two symptoms are not related and every one has different cause .and this will be simple cause probably .
first if both symptoms are related ,then the medical conditions leading to such thing will be raising the intracranial pressure(pressure inside the brain) in the head causing both headache and sub arachnoid bleeding beside the blurred vision you mentioned . other symptoms pointing to a specific condition like nose bleed or vomiting ,....
some causes might be
-severe high blood pressure
-brain mass
- meningitis, subarachnoid hemorrhage
- brain swelling can occur in ischemic-anoxia states, acute liver failure, hypertensive encephalopathy
SYMPTOMS suggesting intracranial pressure might be :
headache, vomiting without nausea, ocular palsies, altered level of consciousness, back pain and papilledema. If papilledema is protracted, it may lead to visual disturbances, optic atrophy, and eventually blindness. The headache is classically a morning headache which may wake them from sleep. The brain is relatively poorly supplied by oxygen as a result of mild hypo ventilation during the sleeping hours, and also cerebral edema may worsen during the night due to the lying position. The headache is worse on coughing / sneezing / bending, and progressively worsens over time.
if this is what is happening directly go to the doctor to make further investigations and images
there is also 2 simple causes that increase strain in the upper head capillaries leading to headache and bloody spot are stress or constipation if you strain severely on yourself that may be a cause
on the other hand if the two symptoms are not related that could be simply a migraine attack characterized by throbbing one side pain causing a severe sudden headache
and the blood spot may be of an injury or trauma to the eye
SO IF THE CONDITION IS WORSENED AND THE HEADACHE IS BECOMING MORE SEVERE AND BLEEDING IS MORE OR ANY NEW SYMPTOM CHECK DIRECTLY WITH A DOCTOR
if the condition is decreasing and the headache is relieved by pain killers like panadol or profen then it is simple
