From obesity, I had bad fish smell in penis area. Dr advised sebamed soap, daktacort15g, pevaryl powder..the results were great. now its back after year. I'm hygiene & dry always.

Using antifungal powder helps alot. The bad smell occurs when there is humdity in such areas. Losing weight can also decrease the problem as well as avoiding wearing tight clothes

Consider also ruling out other risk factors like diabetes and antibiotic intake.
I suggest that you do someblood tests, because at your age and with the obesity, you are at risk of having other medical conditions like high cholesterol, uric acid and diabetes.
