in lay terms : you have no problems in the curvature of the spine , straightening is due to the spasm ( back muscles)
"Hernies Intra spongieuse"= shmorls nodes, "pincement = narrowing " , are all signs of degenerative disc disease.

I would like also to add that given your age, your are at very minimal risk of having degeneration in the discs.
