Unfortunately there have been no clinical trials that tested the efficacy and adverse effects of Easy Slim, certainly not on the long term. Being based on herb extracts should make it highly improbable that this product causes cancer. But since you are already experiencing menstrual disturbance, I should advise you to reconsider your diet, as this could be the result of undue stress on your hormonal system (such as fast weight loss). Also remember that the female hormones, estrogen and progesterone, which control the menstrual cycle and later on pregnancy, are derived from fat! If you do not provide your body with the healthy amounts of fat, it won't be able to manufacture those hormones. You will thus negatively affect your reproductive health. So be careful.
