Dr. Tannous, about my pain in arms &legs (back and neck pain also). After tests & col cervicale pic, nothing abnormal. Physiotherapist said it's from bad posture for long hours &inactivity, is it true

definitely , when all x rays work up show no abnormal findings , mostly this is due to what your physiotherapist said , increasing your activity , stretching , and strengthening of the involved muscle groups . anyways if after all these you are still complaining of the same symptoms an MRI would be the most conclusive test
