Dr nemer ..my cycle is 29 days and i ovulate at 20 i tried the clearblue ovulation test last month it gave a positive on day 20 .i got pregnant then but after a week i misscaried what is the cause ?

first trimester abortion is in 60% of cases due to chromosomal abnormalities, meaning that your egg & your partner's sperm did not merge in a good way to form a healthy embryo..
we don't do any further investigation unless you have 2 or more successive abortion ..
so don't think about it, it can happen to all women...
