Dr nada im a 19 years old boy im a engineer student and when im home i play video games watch series maybe the problem is that im a little too shy And i wory sometimes about my college grades

1. stress and fatigue due to the fact that engineering requires lot of effort and time. So when you have some time you prefer to rest and play at home. I know many engineering students who do the same.
2. your type of shy personality that makes it harder for you to socialize.
I would suggest learning how to manage your time , between resting at home and socializing. Try to make an effort at gaining few friends and sharing activities with them , even simple ones that do not require lot of time like eating together , taking small breaks while studying , joining a sport or a community volunteer group at university or tournaments in video games ,studying sometimes at university where your colleagues study. These would be opportunities for you to have easier social interaction.
