Ok so it's itchiness (حكاك). It could be due to a type of fungus called Candida, which frequently infects the vaginal area and causes severe itchiness, in addition to thick cotton wool like whitish non-smelly secretions. To make the diagnosis you have to get examined by a physician, take a culture of the vaginal secretions. If it is indeed Candida, the treatment is with oral fluconazole (anti fungal) and a topical cream (nystatin-based, also an anti-fungal)
