Do these results have negative side effects onbthe baby? Also does tge heart burn has any thing with these results bcz iam still having it evey night

You need to treat the urinary tract infection if indeed you do have one to avoid any complications or spread of the infection especially with the stress of delivery. As for the anemia, your doctor will have to decide how to proceed based on your overall condition and the anticipated mode of delivery (normal vaginal delivery versus cesarean section).
