Although the pain you are describing seems musculo-skeletal in nature, which should resolve spontaneously, you might want to do some basic tests, including a urine test to make sure everything is normal, for example red blood cells in the urine would suggest presence of a kidney stone, and it's always better to see your doctor who can examine you and make sure there is nothing serious to worry about.
