Discomfort below my right rib cage I breath heavily and feel heavy in that region.a physical exam 1 week ago and said everything is ok now he asked for echo to check liver and mrara what could it be

Your doctor may be suspecting hepatitis (inflammation of the liver, usually due to a viral infection) or cholecystitis (inflammation of the gall bladder "المرارة") most probably due to a stone causing blockage of the gall bladder . AN ultrasound of the liver and gall bladder, in conjunction with some blood tests (liver enzymes, biliruibin, alkaline phosphatase and gamma glutamyl transferase) will help in determining if indeed the cause of your pain is a process in the liver or gall bladder.
