I drink too much but sometimes when I drink beer I could enter the toilet 3 to 4 times in half minute which isn't normal.

Your kidneys are amazing machines! Their job is to make sure your body has the perfect fluid balance, so when you are drinking plenty of water, your kidneys will filtrate the "extra" fluid, leading to frequent urination. And when your body is dehydrated, your kidneys will do their best to minimize water loss in the form of urine.
Again, I advise you to check with your urologist to see if there is really a problem, or it is just a matter of intake-excretion balance.
