I traveled from Lebanon to Qatar and here I always have pimples and wounding inside my nose, especially in the head of the nose, why is that? Any advice?

I agree with Dr Haddad. The best way around this is to apply an antibiotic-based ointment to the affected area of the vestibule (the skin on the inside surface of the nostril) 3 times per day for 1 week. This will moisturize the area and treat any local infection you may be having. If symptoms persist, you should see your doctor.

You probably have an anterior nasal septal deviation which prevents the humidification of vestibule. So put an antibiotic ointment and check your nose.
