Chalazion I have had chalazion incision, but 4 days after when i touched it the bump is still there and now 2 weeks after the chalazion is bigger than before! what could be the problem?

you should ask your doctor maybe it can be an inflammation

This is most probably a residual chalazion. many times there a re 2 next to each others. the doctor may have missed to incise the second one
