CBC, TSH, T3, T4, VIT B12 .all are normal. these symptoms persists since 1 month. they started severe but now persist but slight.

Then it is most likely anxiety with a less likely possibility of asthma. Please refer to my reply in order to know how an asthma diagnosis is made.
