Depending on scoliosis severity,which can be mild to severe qne xrays should be done..pain can be controled, but scoliosis can be stoped for teenagers if not too late otherwise surgical correction required.

the scoliosis itself should not cause loss of consciousness. Any severe pain can cause fainting, vasovagal reaction and drop in the blood pressure and collapse of the individual. Usually when the patient hits the floor, he should wake up shortly after. The fainting problem, should be worked up separately from the scoliosis issue
