No. In order for pregnancy to occur there has to be full penetration in order for the sperm to reach the egg which usually resides in the so called fallopian tubes (which connect the ovaries to the uterus).

yes , If the semen containing the sperms comes in contact with your vulva, especially near your vagina, the environment is moist enough that sperm could swim up the vaginal canal and into the uterus,if you are in the fertile days of your period they could fertilize an egg and become pregnant The chances are small, but they exist.so it is better to use protection.
