Headache is very unspecific symptom that could result from any of a large number of causes, including problems in visual acuity, tension headache/muscle spasms, migraine, stress etc. It is therefore not possible to figure out the cause of your headache and suggest a proper plan of management without detailed history elements and a physical examination. I advise you to visit your doctor for a more thorough assessment of your headache episodes.
