I bled after ovulation for 4 days, I didn't get my period yet I am not pregnant? Can the bleeding that occurred after my ovulation be my period?

It would be too early for a "normal period" to occur around ovulation time. It could be bleeding from the ovulation per se (usually not heavy bleeding). There are other causes of unusual bleeding, and if things are still not regular, better to contact your doctor.
