Retinaldehyde is not considered safe neither during pregnancy nor during lactation. So switch to a retinaldehyde or retinA-derivatives-free antiaging creams or eye contours. Pre-tocopheryl (Vit E derivative) and hyaluronic acid are OK for you to use while breastfeeding.
