The doctor said it's caused by the blood not circulating till the end of the capillaries but he didn't give me the name of the disease. Is there a cure for this or should I apply creams forever?

You'd rather get good information about it from him, at least with the name of the condition. My advice is to be careful about corticosteroids over the face.
