As far as I know, a Hepatitus B vaccine should provide lifelong immunity; however, my immunity has decreased a lot since 2008 until now. What might lead to this? And is this normal?

Most vaccines need a booster dose more than once to stay effective; we as doctors/surgeons are at high risk from continuous exposure during surgeries, so we do the test every few years, and we do the booster dose if needed.
