THC and cannabis are promoted to relieve pain in cancer patients, control nausea and vomiting sideffects due to chemotherapy , and stimulate appetite in people with cancer.
Some supporters claim that cannabis inhibits tumor growth.
also there are reports suggesting that marijuana oil(cannabis oil) or “hemp” oil can cure cancer according to the american cancer society.
