Am suffering frm a spot of acne below my right breast..and now they're making black heads wirh a red area around..it has been there from around a week ago..whats this?

Acne doesn't occur usually over this area in females. I think it could be a small cyst and the redness could be because it got inflamed. Sometimes we can't judge based on the description, if u still have it then let your Dr examine it.
