All the hair in my body are ingrown no matter where the location (arms hands legs ..) and I get a rash everytime I remove them, I tried all hair removal ways (wax sugar razor epilator). What can I do

The best would be to do laser hair removal. Start progressively by treating legs for example since the result is expected to be very good in this area. However do it with a professional. Laser is the only hope of permanent solution for your problem.
