After a day I feel only pain on my neck on the left side of this cartilage, neck muscle pain especially when doing the sit up position, normal? thx

It's expected that you feel some pain due to trauma, and I wouldn't worry much about that. But if it's exaggerated and/or occurs along with one or more of the symptoms I have mentioned in my previous response, then have your neck checked.
