Actually I have blacknes under my eye..is it from masturbation? Or what is the reason..knowing that I sleep well

but masturbation in itself will not cause this situation ,it can only affect factors that contribute to this such as fatigue and lack of sleep .
There are different causes of blackness under eyes some are:
-Allergies
-dermatitis (eczema)
-Fatigue
-Heredity — dark under-eye circles can run in families
-Pigmentation irregularities
-Rubbing or scratching your eyes more often
-Sun exposure, which prompts your body to produce more melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color
-Thinning skin and loss of fat and collagen — common as you age — can make the reddish-blue blood vessels under your eyes more obvious
To help yourself in this condition
take enough deep sleep hours at night
eat well balanced diet with fruits and vegetables
drink enough water
you can apply cold compresses on your eyes
you can raise the pillow when you sleep to decrease puffiness
