I had unexplainable pain in hands & legs, after blood test, doctor said I have high ESR (3asabi bl dam) & gave me Arcoxia 90 mg & Sirdalud 2mg. A week later, I still didn't feel better.

You need to make sure you have a full inflammatory rheumatology work up! Other tests need to be done other than ESR to properly label the condition you're suffering from and furthermore administer the proper treatment. A consult with a rheumatologist is recommended!
