A patient suffering from heart failure has been vomiting for the past 24 hours. He was recently diagnosed with edema in the lung. The patient is weak, dizzy, and can't focus. What to do?

You rush this patient to the nearest hospital right away. This is an emergency and his/her heart failure is getting worse as evident by the weakness, dizziness and decreased mental abilities (this means the blood supply to the brain has become compromised because the heart is not able to keep up and the patient is dehydrated).
