A month ago my left cervical lymph node swelled up and was painful & passed after 2 weeks. Now 2 nodes on the right side are slightly swollen. Why?

There numerous reasons behind swollen lymph nodes, viruses are a common cause. We cannot tell based on this description what is going on, but in case these lymph nodes are going to persist (2-3 weeks), you need to be checked. Get checked earlier if you have other symptoms that are unusual (fever, prolonged, night sweats, weight loss etc.)
