A friend and I were arguing and she suddenly lost consciousness and breathed differently then "woke up" but looked right at me and said things that didn't make sense! Was this a seizure?

Yes, this most probably is a seizure, sometimes there's memory loss and confusion which is why your friend said things that didn't make sense. Your friend should get checked out by a neurologist.
