12 days ago had cramp in back of neck right side,couldnt move whole body. 2 days it was like this,now no cramps but still in pain.is it a nerve prob?

No, the persistent pain does not necessarily imply that a nerve is injured; it could simply indicate that there is ongoing inflammation and this is not unusual in association with muscle cramps. Just allow it a few days of rest with a soft neck collar plus pain medications +/- muscle relaxants and the pain should resolve gradually.
