do you have the symptoms of an infection now ,any urinary problem beside erectile dysfunction now .
if yes or any doubt of having an infection better to be tested to take a treatment that will alleviate your symptoms too .
Remember that any inflammation in the testicles or infection like Orchitis (an inflammation of testicle tissue)or epididymis can have quite different symptoms that affects an erectile dysfunction
Try to have a check up in a urologist clinic and have certain tests to rule out infection or hormonal dysfunction and upon the results be treated
Remember ,having chlamydia or having been treated for it in the past provides no immunity against reinfection in the future.
